A new responsive website was developed for Simpson Cottage to replace their existing 5-plus-year-old website. A key requirement was to equally represent Simpson Cottage accommodation and the new Simpson Cottage homewares range.
The new Simpson Cottage eCommerce website has allowed the owners to continue marketing the cottage for group boutique accommodation, but also to reach a larger market for the sale of their hand-made homewares products.
We photographed the entire range of Simpson Cottage homewares in a style that supported the agreed tone for the brand. Products were shot in situ and in detail to allow customers to get an accurate feel for the products to purchase online.
Many visitors to the cottage that experience the Simpson Cottage homewares range in person during their stay go on to purchase products from the range via the Simpson Cottage eCommerce website.
Simpson Cottage is a beautiful sandstone cottage built in the 1860s in Bundeena, south of Sydney, overlooking Port Hacking and Simpsons Bay. A modern extention to the original building has provided the perfect private getaway destination for families and groups of friends.
The proud owners of Simpson Cottage asked Sticky Digital to help them realise their dream of making available to everyone the same luxury homewares used by guests at Simpson Cottage. The brief was to create a dual-purpose website to sell their new range of hand-made homewares and hand picked products, while continuing to market the cottage as a unique holiday experience. We created a responsive website that presents Simpson Cottage homewares range in a functional, elegant and clean layout that reflects the luxury and premium quality of the materials and craftsmanship of the products.

Carly was incredibly patient as I am VERY technically challenged; during the process she helped and supported me as I learned along the way. From the start the she was professional and each and every 'dumb question' I asked was promptly and succinctly answered, even though they were often NOT in the contract and job description.Tara, Simpson Cottage
