The Training Mask Oceania eCommerce website was relaunched on the Adobe Business Catalyst platform with a completely new design. We designed and built the new website to be visually strong, simply to navigate and flexible to future functional development.
We've created new business cards for Training Mask Oceania utilising existing branding plus a freshly coined slogan that also features on custom postage boxes. Training Mask also commissioned instructional and promotional graphics, display ad graphics and magazine ads.
All product photography used by Training Mask Oceania across their website and advertising graphics was captured by Sticky Digital. We also did a custom photo shoot at a local CrossFit gym for a full-page ad in Men's Health Magazine.
When Training Mask first approached Sticky Digital they had a 'working' eCommerce website and were competing for market share with a second Australian distributor that still owns and operates under the key branded domain name. We assisted them to re-brand as Training Mask Oceania to clearly separate them from the other distributor, and to expand their target market into New Zealand, South Pacific and Asia. Re-branding proved key to ensuring that the 'above and beyond' customer service and unique product offering provided by Training Mask Oceania was correctly attributed to them.
Working with Sticky Digital, Training Mask now have a dominant presence in the Australian and New Zealand market with a reputation for ease of trade and great customer service. Sales through the Training Mask Oceania website have more than doubled over the year 2015, with an increasing brand awareness and authority also attracting a number of new resellers.
Training Mask continues to work with Sticky Digital on a number of initiatives to expand their market reach and product offering, with a focus on providing the best omnichannel customer experience possible.
